Arlo.Hendrix Consignment Guidelines
We’re excited to launch a consignment section at Arlo.Hendrix—and we’d love for you to be part of it! Here's everything you need to know to consign with us:
🔁 Consignment Split

Standard Split: 60% Arlo.Hendrix / 40% Consignor

Store Credit Option: Choose store credit instead of cash and enjoy a 50/50 split you will be asked to specify in your consignment form.
- At anytime, you can come in to check your account balance. Once your items start selling, you can use your balance as store credit
🛍️ What We’re Currently Accepting

Baby, Toddler & Youth Clothing ONLY (Sizes NB-6/7) no shoes, swimwear or accessories at this time

We’re currently focusing on Spring & Summer apparel. We are looking for sizes 2-4 boys & girls, 4-6 girls and baby girls items - We cannot take swim items

Please be sure your clothing has been WASHED and non-clothing is CLEAN. Everything should be free from stains, tears, obvious wear, pet hair and odors.

🎯 Brands We Love
We’re looking for quality pieces that reflect the vibe of our shop. While we love a great deal as much as anyone, we are not currently accepting fast fashion brands (e.g., Target, Old Navy, Kohl’s) unless the piece is unique and in like-new condition.
📦 How to Bring Items

We’re starting small: 1 bag per person

Items will be kept until the season has ended in our shop. We keep email communication with you when its time to pick up. We do payouts on the 15th of each month when your balance is over $25 or consistent for two months.

We will email you when you have items to pick up - Any items not claimed within 14 days of the end of the consignment period will be donated to Batavia Clothes Closet.
📅 Drop-Off Days

Consignment drop-offs are accepted on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm and not on event days.

While we take great care with all merchandise, Arlo.Hendrix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. By consigning with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
